Lynn's Bird's, guarantees at the time of sale, that the bird is in excellent health & disease free to the best of my knowledge.
I provide a 3 day health guarantee.
If you believe there is a problem, like not eating enough, or ill in any way, it is your responsibility to notify me immediately. Then after i have seen the bird or if we decide the bird needs veterinarian care, we will set up an appointment for further treatment.
Then the bird must be seen by an Avian Certified Veterinarian within the 3 day guarantee period or the guarantee becomes null & void. I do guarantee all birds to be free of viral disease or congenital hatch defects. My guarantee does not cover neglect, abuse, or injuries.
FOR EXAMPLE: NON-STICK COOK WARE IS HIGHLY TOXIC & CAN KILL A BIRD IN MINUTES. PLEASE GO ONLINE FOR MORE ABOUT THINGS THAT ARE TOXIC TO BIRDS.
If the baby is found to be ill or dies within the initial 3 days, as determined by an Avian Certified Veterinarian, with documented verification, Lynn's Birds will provide at my option a full refund, buy the bird back, a replacement of equal value when available.
Inconclusive findings from a necropsy will not be covered. Leg bands must be returned with the necropsy report from an Avian veterinarian before refund or replacement will be given.
Your new bird should not be in the same airspace as other birds as many diseases are airborne & this will invalidate your guarantee.
I reserve the right to a second opinion from a Avian veterinarian of my choosing.
